Shape the future of psychiatric nursing for our patients with us. As a member of the executive management, you will significantly shape the strategic and operative development of the private clinic Clienia Littenheid AG together with the Clinic Director and the Medical Director.

Your tasks

• You lead the nursing management consistently and bindingly, provide orientation, and create a motivating and performance-oriented work culture.
• You work in the clinical area in tandem with the Medical Director.
• You promote competencies, personal responsibility, and interdisciplinary cooperation in which employees can engage and develop further.
• You further develop nursing qualitatively, economically, and innovatively – with a high standard for treatment quality.
• You effectively manage personnel and financial resources and ensure a high-performance and sustainable organization.
• You contribute actively to the executive management, drive strategic projects forward, and contribute to the long-term future of the clinic.

Your profile

• Nursing vocational training and several years of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally in inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Business understanding, corresponding further training such as MAS/MBA is a plus
• Clear, consistent, and appreciative leadership personality with pronounced social competence
• High quality standards, decisiveness, and pronounced implementation strength
• Strategic thinking, passion for innovation, and entrepreneurial action
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
