Reference: CLS/RH/ / Type of contract: Permanent Contract at 100% / Schedule: Monday to Sunday in 12 hours (7h00-20h00 / 19h30-7h30) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

As a Nurse within the Pool, you will intervene in support of medicine and surgery units according to the needs of the institution. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, provides the opportunity to leverage varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment, and offers stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you be required to do?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the computerized patient file
• Strictly apply rules of hygiene, asepsis and safety
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services in which you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Nursing degree or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Solid skills in general care, in both medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organization and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
