Your tasks

• You are responsible for the reliable planning, organizing, and preparation of consultations.
• You are the contact person at the reception and on the telephone for our patients and their relatives, as well as for internal and external bodies.
• Writing and processing medical reports as well as billing via IBI-Care and other administrative tasks such as processing mail are part of your daily routine.
• You maintain cooperative collaboration in the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Performing prick tests, blood draws, breathing tests, and injections
• In the absence of team colleagues, you assume deputy tasks.

Your profile

• You have training as a medical practice assistant with ideally further training as a medical secretary.
• You bring good German and IT skills, and English in speaking and writing is an advantage.
• You possess quick comprehension, are loyal, and reliable.
• Your strengths include organizing and planning as well as an accurate and expeditious way of working.
