• Experience in the emergency room, intensive care unit, or pre-clinical emergency care is an advantage
• Confident handling of high-pressure situations and complex emergency scenarios
• Sound knowledge in emergency medicine, traumatology, and acute care
• Ability to act analytically and precisely even under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with emergency services, doctors, and specialist staff
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
