Fondation PROFA

PROFA, a foundation recognized as being of public utility by the State of Vaud, offers spaces for discussion in the field of sexual health and intimacy throughout the territory of the canton.

The Service de promotion et prévention en santé sexuelle jeunesse – PSJ* of Fondation PROFA is responsible for promotion and prevention interventions in sexual health every year with more than 50’000 students in the canton of Vaud, in compulsory education and specialized pedagogy establishments, as well as within certain post-compulsory schooling structures.

Georgette in Love is a team of 15 young people who run sexual health prevention workshops and stands with other young people. Themes such as HIV, STIs, contraception, discrimination and violence, the diversity of sexual experiences and practices, menstruation, pleasure, first times, etc. are addressed with students in post-compulsory schools in the Canton of Vaud, youth hostels and community centers, and in festive environments.

Your profile:

• You are between 18 and 25 years old
• You enjoy teamwork and co-facilitation
• You want to contribute to creating animation content based on a diversity of experiences and backgrounds
• Talking about subjects related to intimacy to other young people interests you
• You are available on Monday evenings from 17:30 to 19:30 as well as for variable hours during the week and weekends
• You live in the canton of Vaud
• No prior training necessary

• Flexible hours, an average of 28h per month, paid at CHF per hour

• Working conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement of the Vaudois semi-public health sector (CCT-San)

Our conditions:

• Indefinite term contract (CDI) per hour
• An hourly remuneration of CHF gross with an average of 28h per month
• Start date: 1er février 2027
• Minimum commitment of 2 years desired
