Area of responsibility Nursing and Care * Management of the Nursing and Care area in technical, personnel, and organizational aspects. * Control and implementation of individual, goal-oriented, resource-oriented, and rehabilitative care. * Responsibility for the training and implementation of quality management, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations. Personnel * Responsible for the recruitment and induction of qualified specialists. * Guiding and further developing the subordinate employees as well as conducting target agreements and quality discussions. * Responsible for ensuring the personnel resources and the monthly deployment planning of 76 employees and 10 apprentices in the 3 houses. Controlling and compliance with the staffing plan * Leading the 5 directly subordinate employees. * Employee training, organization and management of meetings/team meetings. Residents * Admission and discharge of residents * Contact person for residents and relatives Communication * Ensuring a timely and appropriate flow of information internally. * Planning and conducting advisory discussions with residents and their relatives. * Coordination office for concerns from doctors, hospitals, and other external agencies. Requirements * Dipl.
