Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 60–100 %

For an age and care center in Aarau, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 60-100% per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Implementation of daily basic and treatment care
• Support in everyday activities and promotion of independence
• Performance of medical-technical procedures
• Responsibility for careful nursing documentation
• Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives and other specialist agencies
• Assumption of tasks within the framework of the nursing process
• Co-responsibility for a high quality of care and support

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Joy in working with elderly people
• Empathy, patience and respectful conduct
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
• Readiness for early, late and weekend shifts
