Healthcare Specialist (FAGE) 60 - 100 %

For over 40 years, the Dychrain has been home to 30 people with physical and mental impairments and is an employer for approx. 95 employees in Münchenstein. The residential groups are specifically set up for the requirements of residents requiring intensive nursing and care. In the supervised day activities, we support and accompany our residents as well as up to 10 external clients in pursuing adapted employment. We offer daily structure, social encounters, and a fulfilling and meaningful activity.

To support our team in the residential area, we are looking for as of 1 October or by arrangement an experienced personality as

• You accompany and care for the residents with the greatest possible autonomy and self-determination,
• You assume professional responsibility according to your job description and use your knowledge in a targeted manner
