Tasks ##

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels.
• You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex unstable situations.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You take on day-to-day responsibility on the ward.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong orientation towards people
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as customer-oriented communicative skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience
