Tasks ##

• You bear responsibility for the care and nursing process.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process, as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
• You take on daily responsibility for the department.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong orientation towards people
• Several years of professional experience with complex nursing situations, as well as psychiatry experience, is an advantage
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience
