For our client, a large interdisciplinary emergency station in the city of Bern, we are looking for a committed and highly resilient personality who possesses great organizational talent.
The modern university clinic is among the leading medical specialist centers in the region and offers highly professional care in various medical disciplines. The emergency station is in operation 24 hours a day and is characterized by a dynamic, demanding and team-oriented working environment

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Experience in the acute care sector or in an emergency station is an advantage
• Readiness for shift work in all services as well as weekend services
• Motivated, resilient and proactive personality with "Pfupf"
• Organizationally strong and sovereign even in hectic situations
• Proficient in medical technology and responsible
• High social competence as well as strong communication skills
• Multilingualism (German, French, English or other languages) is an advantage
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation

Tasks ##

• Reception, care and administrative admission of patients
• Support of the interdisciplinary team in emergency operations
• Execution of medical technical activities and assistance during examinations and treatments
• Taking over manual tasks for the patient
• Organization and coordination of processes in the emergency station
• Telephone and personal communication with patients, relatives and specialists
• Participation in shift operations including night, weekend and holiday services
