For a temporary assignment in the acute care sector in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %. You will take on responsibility from day one, care for patients in various medical situations, and actively contribute your nursing assessment to the team. A varied nursing daily routine, short decision-making paths, and close cooperation between different professional groups are a natural part of this.

Perceive, assess, react correctly

• You care for patients in different acute illness situations and ensure professional and individual care
• You manage the nursing process independently, assess changes in health status, and adapt nursing measures according to the situation
• You perform medical-technical and therapeutic measures safely within your competencies and document relevant observations in a comprehensible manner
• You work closely with doctors and other specialists and actively contribute your nursing assessment to the treatment

What lies behind your clinical eye

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in the acute care sector helps you to quickly familiarize yourself with different patient situations and existing processes
• You set priorities reliably, work in a structured manner, and can act based on sound judgment even when several things require your attention simultaneously
• You do not see new teams and working methods as an obstacle, but rather find your way quickly with your open and professional manner
