For a specialized psychiatric residential and care facility, we are looking for a dedicated Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. You professionally accompany adults with mental illnesses through everyday life, strengthen existing resources, and support them in maintaining and developing stability, independence, and quality of life in the best possible way.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in the field of psychiatry, long-term care, or social-psychiatric environments is an advantage
• High social competence as well as appreciative treatment of people in challenging life situations
• Independent, responsible, and reflective way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Tasks ##

• You provide individual and resource-oriented care and support to people with mental illnesses
• You take over case management and design the nursing process independently
• You specifically promote independence, personal responsibility, and social participation
• You accompany crisis situations professionally and develop solutions together
• You work together with various specialist departments and ensure a high quality of care
• You support trainees and students in their professional development
