Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ

Workload: 40 % - Monday to Friday during office hours

For our Pharmacy & Laboratory, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to support our pharmacy management in daily operations and ensure a reliable medication supply for our wards.

Your tasks ##

• Ordering of medications as well as ensuring demand-oriented storage and availability
• Preparing and providing the medications ordered by the wards according to the applicable internal specifications
• Coordination and communication between the pharmacy, medical staff, and wards
• Supporting the pharmacy management with administrative, organizational, and operational tasks
• Ensuring readiness for use as well as organization and monitoring of the maintenance of emergency backpacks and medical devices
• Deputy in the laboratory during absences and during the holidays of the responsible employees

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Experience in medication management or in a pharmacy is an advantage
• Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of administrative and logistical tasks
• Sense of responsibility as well as a strong awareness of quality and safety
• Enjoyment of working with different professional groups
• Good IT skills and proficient German language skills
• Discretion and an appreciative manner with residents and employees
