Your tasks

• Care and nursing of patients in the psychiatric field with empathy and professional competence.
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to create individual care plans.
• Documentation of the nursing processes and ensuring quality standards.
• Support and counseling of relatives.
• Participation in team meetings and supervisions.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with a focus on psychiatry or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in caring for people with psychiatric illnesses.
• High social competence and ability for constructive collaboration in a team.
• Flexibility and openness in dealing with challenging situations.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
