• you are responsible for individual and resource-oriented nursing at home
• in doing so, you involve the social environment and support them with advice and action
• you carry out initial assessments and reassessments, make adjustments to the planning and perceive changes
• you provide support in the maintenance, promotion and regaining of individual abilities of the clients
• the workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a Registered Nurse HF / FH / DNLL / AKP
• ideally, you can already demonstrate professional experience or theoretical knowledge in wound management, but this can also still be acquired
• you also possess a driving license of category B
• do you describe yourself as responsible, communicative and well-organized?
