Healthcare Assistant (FaGe) 60-80 %-Temporary Long-term Care

For a modern care institution in the city of St. Gallen, we are looking for an experienced healthcare assistant for a temporary assignment.

The institution has around 50 care places, distributed across five residential groups, including a protected dementia residential group.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Assistant EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent training
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in the care and support of elderly people
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for early, late and weekend shifts

Tasks ##

• Individual care and support of the residents
• Implementation of treatment nursing measures within your own area of competence
• Observation and communication of nursing-relevant changes
• Professional nursing documentation
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
