For the psychotherapy ward for adolescents at the Klinik Schlosstal location in Winterthur, we are looking for you

Social Pedagogue HF/FH 70 - 80%

These are your tasks

• Inpatient care, support, and promotion of the adolescents
• Daily key worker work in close interprofessional cooperation
• Work with relatives including family discussions
• Implementation of the social pedagogical treatment process
• Leading milieu therapeutic groups
• Co-design and implementation of the further development of the adolescent psychiatric offering

What you bring with you

• Completion of studies in social pedagogy (HF/FH/Uni) (proof of recognition for foreign diplomas)
• High integration ability, social and personal competence, resilience, as well as humor
• Experience in the adolescent psychiatric setting is an advantage
