The essence of your activity: ###

• Leadership, planning and development of non-medical employees including outpatient clinic operations
• Responsibility for holistic, professional and patient-oriented nursing and treatment processes in consultation with the responsible physician
• Professional implementation of dialysis treatments
• Advice, accompaniment and care of patients as well as their relatives
• Ensuring individual and professional care during dialysis
• Documentation and administration of patient data using KISIM/TM
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other medical professionals

The basis of your performance: ###

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH as well as dialysis experience
• Additional training in nephrology or intensive care (advantageous)
• Leadership training and/or proven leadership experience
• Networked thinking, high social competence and strong communication skills
• Independent and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
