• Experience in monitoring care, Intermediate Care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage
• Confidence in dealing with complex nursing situations and highly technical monitoring systems
• Resilience, fast decision-making ability, and professional working under pressure
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
