Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in the acute care sector is an advantage
• High patient and service orientation
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Strong social competence and ability to work in a team
• Resilience as well as flexibility in a dynamic environment

Tasks ##

• Holistic and individual care as well as support of patients on an interdisciplinary private ward
• Professional management and implementation of the nursing process
• Monitoring, observation, and assessment of complex patient situations
• Ensuring patient-oriented and high-quality care
• Coordination and close cooperation with doctors as well as other specialists
• Accompanying admissions and discharges as well as participating in discharge planning
• Seamless and professional nursing documentation
