Responsibilities

Depending on the position and the specialty, tasks may notably include:

• Welcoming and taking care of patients
• Management of telephone calls and the agenda
• Administrative management of patient files
• Preparation of consultations
• Assistance to the doctor during consultations and examinations
• Blood draws and sampling
• Injections and care according to competencies
• Measurement of vital parameters
• Performing examinations and medico-technical acts depending on the position
• Preparation and management of medical equipment
• Disinfection and compliance with hygiene standards
• Stock management
• Coordination with doctors and various stakeholders
• Administrative and medical secretarial tasks
