As a Specialist in Long-term Care & Support EFZ, you ensure dignified and high-quality care for people who rely on long-term care. Your commitment contributes significantly to ensuring that residents maintain their independence for as long as possible and feel well cared for.

Our personnel office for care in St. Moritz mediates qualified specialists for open positions in care, particularly in nursing homes, retirement residences, and specialized long-term care facilities. We are looking for dedicated nursing specialists who dedicate themselves with passion to the care of elderly or people in need of care.

Your tasks – For a dignified life in old age

• Holistic care and support of residents in long-term care
• Support with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and eating
• Implementation of medical measures according to medical prescription (e.g., medication administration, wound care)
• Close cooperation with nursing specialists, doctors, and interdisciplinary teams
• Observation and documentation of the health status of the residents
• Promotion of quality of life through activating measures and individual care
• Communication with relatives to ensure transparency and trust

Your profile – Your expertise makes the difference

• Completed training as Specialist in Long-term Care & Support EFZ
• Ideally experience in long-term care, but motivated career starters are also welcome
• Empathy and patience in dealing with people in need of care
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
