• Strategic and conceptual further development of the clinic in accordance with the medical strategy of the LUKS-Gruppe
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in diagnostics and therapy
• You assume the professional leadership and personnel leadership of the medical team and are responsible for medical continuing education as well as the training of assistant physicians WB-category B
• You assume responsibility for budget, resource control, and the economic development of the clinic.
• Representation of the clinic inside and outside of the hospital as well as strengthening regional and national networks, as well as maintenance of the existing network with general practitioners / referrers
• You support the planning of the new building and the associated organizational development

Your experience ###

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine, additional qualifications such as EMBA, sonography tutor, Master of Medical Education an advantage
• Very broad and proven internist expertise
• Several years of leadership experience as a management physician an advantage
• Outstanding leadership, social, and communication competence as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Strategic, innovative thinking and interest in continuous clinical and organizational development
• Interest and understanding of business management contexts as well as openness with regard to digitalization
