MISSION
Ensure assessment, counseling, and treatment services at the home of people presenting a disability or a state of physical or mental dependency. Ensure support for the entourage. Bring innovative proposals in the management of clients.

PROFILE
Diploma in occupational therapy (for foreign diplomas, recognition from the Croix-Rouge is required)
Experience in rehabilitation or psychogeriatrics, an asset
Interest in community health and mental health
Willingness to get involved in a multidisciplinary team
Basic IT knowledge
Driver's license and vehicle available
