As a modern and future-oriented non-profit company, we ensure with over 80 employees that people are cared for and nursed professionally and individually in their familiar homes. On behalf of the municipalities of Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, Weiningen, Geroldswil, Oetwil an der Limmat, as well as Fahrweid, we are there for over 22,500 inhabitants. For one of our nursing teams, we are looking for a committed and strong-leading personality as Team Leader Nursing HF/FH 80-100 % as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your main tasks include: Personnel and organizational leadership of a nursing team with around 15 employees; Leading the coordination with three employees; Organization and control of daily business in cooperation with the daily managers; Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing in compliance with legal and operational requirements; Contact person for employees, clients, and their relatives; Promotion and further development of employees as well as participation in the optimization of processes and interfaces; Close cooperation with the nursing service management, the other team leaders, and internal and external partners. If appropriately qualified and interested, there is the possibility to additionally take on the function as deputy to the nursing management. What you bring with you: Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland; Leadership experience or pronounced leadership potential and the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and to develop further in this area; Further training in the area of leadership/management or the willingness to complete one; Proven professional and social competence as well as joy in the leadership and development of employees; Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working; Communication strength, initiative, and joy in actively helping to shape changes.
