In this versatile role, you will actively help shape the everyday lives of older people and contribute to promoting joy of life, self-determination and social participation. With your expertise, your creativity and your musical talent, you create valuable encounters and enriching moments

Type of work

• Planning, organization and implementation of resource-oriented activation offers in group and individual settings
• Design and implementation of musical offers for residents and guests
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing, care and other specialist departments
• Organization and accompaniment of excursions, events and seasonal occasions
• Promotion of social contacts and support of individual quality of life
• Co-responsibility for the design of a homely and appealing environment
• Support and accompaniment of students in the field of Aktivierung HF
• Willingness to occasionally participate in evening and weekend events

Requirement profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Experience in the field of geriatric psychiatry or psychiatric rehabilitation is desirable
• High social competence as well as joy in dealing with older people
• Independent, structured and organized way of working
• Creativity, commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Musical talent as well as playing an instrument, ideally piano and/or guitar
