For our interdisciplinary care department with the main disciplines of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, rheumatology, spine surgery and internal medicine, we are looking for a healthcare professional (80%) starting January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Daily coordination of the department
• Individual nursing support for patients under the responsibility of the registered nursing staff
• Autonomous management of administrative and logistical tasks
• Housekeeping tasks

You bring

• Completed training as a healthcare professional CFC
• A strong identification with the nursing profession and a manifest joy in contact with people
• A patient-centered and professional understanding of care
• A flair for the administrative and organizational tasks of the department
• A great willingness to learn and to perform
• The ability to meet requirements and to react flexibly even in demanding and intensive situations
• The ability and willingness to collaborate cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team
