In a beautiful, close-to-nature environment in the Bern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ as a deputy residential group leader dementia (80-100%) for an established long-term care institution. You will work in a specialized residential area for people with dementia and benefit from good management as well as the opportunity to contribute actively in a professional and organizational capacity.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Support the residential group leader in the leadership and promotion of the team and contribute to the further development of the residential area
• Together with the team, ensure individual care and support for the residents and participate in the implementation of professional guidelines and quality standards
• Take on daily responsibility, continue to work actively in nursing, and accompany medical rounds, among other things

You offer your new employer:

• You have the training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or an equivalent SRK recognition
• You possess sound nursing expertise and bring the necessary knowledge for accompanying people with dementia as well as for a deputy leadership function
• You communicate confidently, enjoy taking on responsibility, and combine a structured way of working with joy in collaborating within the team
