YOUR TASKS

• You manage and organize a department with 40 employees on a professional, personnel, and organizational level
• Together with your team, you ensure professional, warm, and high-quality care
• You are present in the daily care routine, support your team professionally, and accompany employees as well as apprentices
• You identify potential for development and optimization and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
• You contribute to shaping the future of care, for example with new concepts or in interprofessional collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

• Registered nurse HF/FH with solid experience in acute care
• Several years of experience in management
• Leadership training (or willingness to develop it)
• Structured, analytical mindset and economic understanding
• Clarity in communication, decision-making ability, and high reliability
• Joy in recognizing potential and developing employees in a targeted manner
