Your profile:
Degree as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
Experience in an acute care hospital or in rehabilitation
An open, solution-oriented and proactive way of working
High social competence, reliability and sense of responsibility
Very good German skills as well as confident IT user skills
Your tasks:
You balance nursing quality and the individual needs of our patients
You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure structured, professionally sound nursing
You accompany and promote FaGe trainees as well as HF students in their learning process
You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team
