Your profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH (for foreign training, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You have professional experience in psychiatry or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this specialist field.
• You have social competencies, are resilient, work independently and with responsibility, and can work well in interdisciplinary teams.
• Good IT skills will facilitate your administrative tasks. In addition, you have very good German skills (at least C1).

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- Franken per year.

Invitation to a second interview

In the second round, we would like to get an even better picture of you and find out together whether we are a good match. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get to know your future team.

Verbal acceptance

You will receive a verbal acceptance from us by telephone if we decide on you after the second interview, and we will ask if you are also still convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

The contract

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.

Preboarding

Between accepting the position and your first day of work, as a new employee, you can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

First day of work

On the first day, onboarding awaits you in your new team and with other colleagues. You will settle into your new workplace and get an overview of your next tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
