To this end, we are looking for a registered nurse HF/FH with an additional function as team leader - as soon as possible or by arrangement - who loves taking responsibility, developing people, and seeing change as an opportunity.

Your field of activity

As a team leader, you lead a team of approximately 12 to 14 employees on a professional, personal, and organizational level. You are close to your employees and our clients, while being part of an organization that thinks beyond the boundaries of its own team.

You

• lead, coach, and develop your employees with clarity and appreciation
• ensure a high quality of care and services with your team
• also perform care interventions and case management, thus remaining close to the core business
• organize your area of responsibility autonomously and entrepreneurially
• work in close collaboration with other team leaders, specialized services, and departments
• bring your ideas and actively participate in our development
• think regionally and beyond team boundaries and support, if necessary, other teams and regions

What you bring:

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH
• Solid professional experience, ideally in out-of-hospital care
• Management experience and/or corresponding continuing education in leadership
• Pronounced social and leadership skills
• A high understanding of quality and service
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented spirit
• Good user IT skills
