For a modern clinic in Regensdorf, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Ward Manager who is committed to the development and promotion of the nursing staff.

Your tasks:

• Leadership, support and further development of the nursing team
• Promotion of the individual development of employees through targeted further training opportunities
• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts in cooperation with the clinic management
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and resource planning in the ward
• Ensuring professional care and support of patients

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in the guidance and promotion of trainees and specialists
• Enjoyment of the conceptual further development of the nursing sector
• High social competence, ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
