In long-term care, familiar faces are just as much a part of everyday life as constantly new situations. In the Luzerner Hinterland, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) for a temporary assignment. You contribute where support is needed in daily nursing care and become a fixed part of the team during your assignment.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You take over the daily care and support of the residents and promote their existing skills in a targeted manner
• You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures safely and independently within your FaGe competencies
• You observe health changes attentively and pass relevant information on to the responsible nursing specialists
• You actively contribute within the team and help ensure that care remains well-organized and reliable even on busy days

You offer your new employer:

• Your qualification as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or a corresponding SRK recognition forms your professional basis
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage, but you are also welcome with experience from another nursing area
• You work attentively and reliably and can adapt well to different residents and situations
• You find your way quickly in a new team, contribute actively, and lend a hand where you are needed
