Your tasks ##

As Nursing Service Manager, you take over the nursing responsibility for our location and shape its development as follows:

• Leading: You provide orientation, develop your team, and create a culture in which people enjoy taking responsibility.
• Changing: You question existing procedures, improve processes, and enjoy implementing good ideas.
• Taking responsibility: You ensure nursing quality and resident orientation while also keeping an eye on the economic reality.
• Networking: You work on an equal footing with employees, doctors, and other specialist departments.

Your profile ##

• You already have training as a registered nursing professional HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification and possess further training and experience in management
• Clear communication, decision-making strength, and a good sense for people characterize you
• Initiative, pragmatism, and the ambition to truly make things better are a genuine concern to you
