We are currently recruiting several nurses (M/F) for temporary assignments within the Neonatology department.

These positions offer the opportunity to evolve in a recognized and demanding hospital environment, in the heart of the canton of Vaud.

Your mission :

You will intervene notably in:

• The care of newborns, premature or requiring specific monitoring
• The continuous monitoring of vital functions and the clinical evolution of infants
• The performance of specialized technical care (feeding, infusions, respiratory assistance, etc.)
• The accompaniment and support of parents in an often delicate context
• Participation in the development of the parent-child bond
• Close collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team

Your profile :

• HES nurse diploma / or Diploma in a European Community country
• Mandatory recognition with the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 24 months of experience in acute care of the CHU or CHR type, reduced to 12 months if Swiss HES diploma
• Experience in neonatology an asset
• Marked interest in women's health and perinatality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and organization
• Good ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
