For an elderly and nursing center in Grenchen, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Professional and individual care and support of the residents
Carrying out daily basic and treatment care
Support in everyday activities and promoting independence
Carrying out medical-technical procedures
Responsibility for careful nursing documentation
Collaboration with nursing professionals, doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies
Taking on tasks within the framework of the nursing process
Co-responsibility for a high quality of nursing and care

Your profile:
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Joy in working with elderly people
Empathy, patience, and respectful conduct
Responsible and independent way of working
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Good German language skills in speaking and writing is an advantage
Readiness for early, late, and weekend shifts
