The Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde of the Inselspital Bern is a leading, nationally and internationally recognized medical center for gynecology. Our offering includes all areas of gynecology and obstetrics. In our outpatient clinic for ultrasound and prenatal diagnostics, sonographies, invasive diagnostics, and therapies are carried out.

What awaits you ##

• Take on versatile tasks at the reception and in the back office
• Planning, coordination, and organization of consultations as well as the associated processes
• Ensuring smooth patient contact and administrative processes
• Assistance during invasive procedures and support for the medical team
• Carrying out blood sampling as well as other diagnostic activities

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as Med. Praxisassistent:in EFZ
• You are a strong organizational talent and enjoy contact with expectant parents
• You appreciate the lively and varied operation of a university clinic
• Good German skills as well as, advantageously, further language skills
• Confident handling of the PC and enjoyment of administrative tasks as well as patient contact
• Professional knowledge in gynecology / obstetrics is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You are willing to provide holiday cover and work a higher workload accordingly
