Your tasks

• You examine national and international training programs in complementary and alternative medicine for technical content, didactic quality, and practical relevance, and analyze educational providers regarding professionalism, organizational structure, and implementation.
• You develop concepts and tools for the systematic analysis of educational courses and advise internal as well as external partners on technical questions.
• You support the team in structuring complex technical topics, translate these into clear, measurable work objectives, and define concrete output criteria.
• You analyze existing processes, optimize them together with the team, and ensure transparent, traceable process documentation that supports agility, efficiency, and clear responsibilities.

Your profile and your competencies

• You bring experience from the health sector – e.g., through training in a therapeutic profession or in health management – or in the education system or in education policy.
• You bring prior knowledge and/or interest in the field of complementary and alternative medicine.
• You have experience in process and quality management and can systematically analyze complex technical and structural relationships and present them clearly.
• You communicate precisely and understandably in German and French and coordinate confidently with various stakeholders.
