Tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of the nursing team
• Organization and coordination of the entire nursing area
• Ensuring professional, needs-oriented, and high-quality care
• Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of nursing and quality standards
• Planning of personnel assignments and creation of duty rosters
• Support, promotion, and development of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals and supporting personnel development
• Ensuring complete and correct nursing documentation
• Close cooperation with doctors, relatives, as well as internal and external specialist agencies
• Organization and support of admissions, discharges, and handovers
• Handling nursing-related issues and ensuring smooth daily nursing operations
• Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Participation in the further development of nursing concepts and quality processes
• Promotion of an appreciative, professional team and corporate culture

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally with leadership experience
• Further education in the field of leadership/management or willingness to undergo such
• Strong leadership and social competence
• High sense of responsibility as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Good organizational skills and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and an appreciative manner with employees, patients, and relatives
• Enjoyment of leading and further developing a nursing team
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills and experience with electronic nursing documentation
