Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF 40-100 (m/f/d)

Our client is a modernly designed and recently renovated elderly and nursing care center in Central Switzerland, which offers residents and tenants in the attached senior apartments a true home. Characterized by mindfulness, appreciation, and a person-centered care culture, the facility places great importance on respectful cooperation and an open working atmosphere. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable and competent personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Registered Nurse HF (40 % - 100 %).
Your tasks

• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area
• Carrying out care and support according to needs and requirements
• Supporting nursing professionals with care planning and evaluation
• Participating in the needs-based classification of residents
• Carrying out medically prescribed measures and digital documentation
• Supporting and accompanying FaGe/AGS apprentices
• Maintaining professional interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or HF
• Good written and spoken German skills are an advantage
• Sound professional knowledge in care and support
• Appreciative and empathetic personality with good communication skills
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
• Willingness for continuous education and further training
• Experience in instructing apprentices is desirable
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and initiative
