• Admission and recording of surgical registrations in the IT system
• Creation and dispatch of the surgical program, consultation with the surgeon if necessary
• Coordination of the anesthesia consultation
• Bed planning according to planning specifications
• Telephone patient notification on the day before the operation
• Contacting attending physicians regarding free operating room contingents
• Contacting attending physicians regarding holiday entry
• Obtaining guarantees of payment
• Participation in the training of new employees

• Medical initial or advanced training
• Completed medical training or corresponding advanced training
• Professional experience in patient disposition in a hospital, at a health insurance company or in a comparable environment
• Very good German skills, further language skills are an advantage
• Good computer skills are required (Office)
