Job Description ##

• Accompaniment, care, and support of adults with impairments
• Co-designing a structured and varied everyday life
• Support with nursing activities
• Promotion of independence and personal development
• Cooperation with relatives and specialist agencies
• Documentation and assumption of administrative tasks

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Joy in working with people
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Independent and appreciative way of working
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend shifts
