Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, Fachfrau/Fachmann Langzeitpflege or dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in RAI-LTCF
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Resilience and flexibility, even in demanding situations
• Enjoyment of teamwork and taking on responsibility
• Strong awareness of quality and a careful way of working

Tasks ##

Your tasks in nursing:

• Ensuring professional, individual and resource-oriented nursing and care
• Early detection of emergency situations as well as competent and situation-appropriate action
• Independent, complete and seamless management of the electronic nursing documentation
• Taking over daily responsibility and ensuring a smooth workflow in everyday nursing care
• Active cooperation in the interprofessional team and participation in the further development of nursing quality

Your responsibility in the area of RAI-LTCF:

• Timely and professional implementation of the RAI-LTCF assessments in compliance with legal and operational requirements
• Responsibility for the correct assessment of nursing needs and the corresponding nursing classification
• Creation, review and updating of the individual nursing plan based on the assessment results
• Professional advice and support for the nursing team in the application of the RAI system as well as in nursing planning
• Coordination and monitoring of the assessment appointments
