Medical Assistant or ASSC in urology

MEDICALIS is recruiting for one of its partners! The urology consultation service of a renowned hospital is looking for:

• Medical Assistants M/F
• ASSC M/F
• Payerne
• Between 50 and 100%

Working days: From Monday to Friday

Main missions

• Physical and telephone reception of patients and their relatives
• Appointment management via Ultragenda
• Preparation and tidying of consultation rooms
• Cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment
• Management of material and medication stocks
• Assistance to the urologist during consultations, notably biopsies and cystoscopies
• Performing urinary stix
• Preparation, updating and digitization of medical files
• Drafting of consultation reports and operative protocols
• Management of billing for services
• Various administrative tasks: mail, e-mails and medical documents
• CFC as medical assistant or CFC as ASSC mandatory
• Previous experience in urology is an asset
• Good command of IT tools, notably Outlook and Word
• Knowledge of Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda and Winscribe is a plus
• Sense of organization, priority management and flexibility
• Ease in managing emergency situations
• Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality
