For our nursing pool in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for committed Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (m/w/d) for flexible assignments in various acute hospitals. You choose your assignments according to your availability, get to know different specialist areas, and continuously expand your professional experience.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (For qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Experience in various specialist areas within an acute hospital
• High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Resilience, flexibility and a solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take on various shifts (early, late and night shifts)

Tasks ##

• You take over the professional and individual care of patients in various areas of acute care
• You design the nursing process independently and ensure a high quality of care
• You work closely with nursing, medicine, therapy and other specialist areas
• You accompany and advise patients as well as their relatives competently and empathetically
• You document the course of care carefully and continuously review the agreed nursing goals
