The University Clinic for Urology offers a wide spectrum in diagnostics and therapy of all urological diseases. A large number of complex investigations and special interventions are carried out regularly. As a university clinic, we are actively involved in teaching and research to develop and evaluate new treatment methods.*

What awaits you ##

• You provide professional and personnel leadership to a dedicated nursing team (10-15 employees) of the inpatient ward/maternity clinic (27 beds)
• You support and promote the further development of your employees and create a motivating working atmosphere
• You are co-responsible for quality assurance in nursing within the shared governance team
• You are responsible for the implementation of professional nursing and care according to the defined professional standards/SOPs
• You coordinate interface work with the medical staff, therapy services and management
• You actively participate in the core business
• You are responsible for administrative and organizational tasks of the wards
• You actively participate in organizational and conceptual tasks as well as in projects and change processes

What you bring with you ##

• You have a degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• You bring sound nursing experience, ideally also in a leadership position
• You possess a recognized leadership qualification (e.g. CAS/DAS) or you have the willingness to complete leadership training
• You have organizational talent, are a strong leadership personality and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• You are empathetic and know how to inspire your team with clear communication
• You possess good IT knowledge (MS-Office, ERP systems)
• Foreign language skills in French/Italian round off your profile
