For a modern Spitex organization in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ. You will accompany people in their homes and support them in maintaining their independence and quality of life for as long as possible.

A varied activity with high personal responsibility, flexible deployment options, and a supportive team awaits you. Particularly attractive: assignments can take place exclusively in the morning or exclusively in the evening, depending on preference. No night shifts occur.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training
• Enjoyment of independent activity in an outpatient environment
• Ability to professionally assess care situations
• Appreciative and empathetic communication
• Responsible and reliable way of working
• Team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Readiness for assignments with the bicycle

Tasks ##

• Care and support of clients in the home environment
• Execution of basic and treatment care according to the care plan
• Observation and communication of relevant changes in health status
• Support and accompaniment of relatives
• Cooperation with case-responsible nursing specialists
• Participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Upon request, accompaniment and support of trainees in daily nursing care
• Assignments flexibly planable, exclusively possible in the morning or evening
• No night shifts
