The Alterszentrum Park is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also very welcome with us. Together with our around 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day so that our residents feel comfortable and at home.

• Professional execution of the prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or an equivalent training with SRK recognition, as well as at least 2 - 3 years of professional experience is an advantage
• Independence and personal responsibility as well as interest in acquiring profound knowledge in an exciting environment
• German language at least at level B2
• Experience in handling interRAI LTCF BESA QSys and easyDOK is an advantage
